- Hospital-related benefits, such as hospital confinement, ambulance services, physician visits and nursing services - up to your policy limits
- Surgery-related benefits, including internal cancer surgery, skin cancer surgery and anesthesia - up to your policy limits
- Out-of-hospital benefits like home nursing services, skilled nursing facilities and hospice care - up to your policy limits
- Treatment-related benefits, including radiation, chemotherapy and blood/plasma transfusions - up to your policy limits
- Other benefits that help cover screening tests and prosthetic devices; also disability income and more - up to your policy limits
